Local-first AI workspace

Complex work.One clear space.

Aluzar is a desktop workspace that turns long-running conversations, research and decisions into organized work people can actually use—without making the interface feel like a control room.

Product proof

Already running locally.

This is a real screen from the current alpha, not a marketing mockup. The product is being expanded one useful area at a time.

Product principles

Power underneath.
Clarity on top.

Aluzar is intentionally opinionated: the system may handle complicated context and tools, but the person using it should see only what matters right now.

01 · LOCAL FIRST

The workspace stays close to the user.

The current product runs on the user’s own computer and keeps its working records locally by default.

02 · CONTINUITY

Context should survive the conversation.

Sources, decisions, pending work and corrections remain connected instead of disappearing into isolated chat threads.

03 · HUMAN CONTROL

Sensitive actions remain deliberate.

The system can prepare complex work, while actions involving identity, money or private data stay under explicit human control.

Why Claude

A reasoning layer for work that does not fit in one prompt.

Claude integration is in development.

Claude is being evaluated as a core reasoning provider for the parts of Aluzar that need to read a large amount of context, compare sources, explain difficult material clearly and produce structured results for the rest of the workspace.

Long-context synthesis across research, notes and prior decisions.
Source-aware analysis that separates evidence from inference.
Clear teaching and planning adapted to the person using the workspace.
Structured outputs that local tools can validate before acting.

Current status: the desktop alpha is functional; the production Claude connection and its model-routing safeguards are the next integration step.
